University of Coimbra and the Ceramics and Glass Technology Centre establish partnership

The University of Coimbra (UC), through its Factory Lab, and the Ceramics and Glass Technology Centre (CTCV) have established a strategic partnership, aimed at strengthening innovation and improving professional skills in the ceramics, glass, and mineral resources sectors.

Inaugurated in July 2024, the Factory Lab consolidates its role as a driving force for innovation and technical support for national industry, while the CTCV stands out as a leading institution in the development and implementation of advanced technologies for the ceramics, glass and mineral resources sectors.

This strategic collaboration aims not only to promote the development of innovative technological solutions but also to support the training of highly skilled professionals capable of meeting the challenges and opportunities of a constantly evolving market.
